Child Safety Standards
USA Pool Madness is committed to creating a safe environment for everyone in the pool and billiards community.
Important: USA Pool Madness is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Our platform centers around tournaments, bars, and pool halls — venues that typically serve alcohol and are regulated as adult environments. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we do not market our services to children.
Our Commitment to Child Safety
USA Pool Madness has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and reporting any such content or activity on our platform in compliance with applicable laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards.
Prevention
- Our Terms of Service explicitly prohibit any content that sexualizes minors, depicts child abuse, or grooms minors.
- Account registration requires users to confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
- We do not allow private messaging between unknown users on our platform — community interactions happen in public feeds, leaderboards, and event RSVPs.
- User-submitted content (photos, posts, profiles) is subject to review and may be removed without notice if it violates our standards.
- Venues, businesses, and tournament listings are reviewed before publication.
Detection
- We monitor user-submitted content including community posts, venue submissions, business listings, and profile photos.
- Our admin team reviews flagged content and takes immediate action on policy violations.
- Suspicious accounts are investigated and may be suspended or permanently banned.
Response & Reporting
If CSAE content is identified on our platform, we will:
- Immediately remove the content from public view.
- Permanently suspend the user account responsible.
- Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
- Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline when required by law.
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
🚨 Report CSAE Content or Behavior
If you see content or behavior on USA Pool Madness that you believe involves child sexual abuse, exploitation, or grooming, please report it immediately:
- From within our platform: Use the report button on any post, profile, or listing, OR submit a support ticket via our Support page.
- By email: safety@usapoolmadness.com — monitored within 24 hours.
- Directly to authorities: Report to the NCMEC CyberTipline or call 1-800-843-5678.
- In an emergency: Call 911 immediately.
All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. You may report anonymously.
For Law Enforcement
Law enforcement agencies requesting information about an account or content related to a CSAE investigation may contact us at:

- Please include a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process as required.
- We will respond to lawful requests within 5 business days.
User Education
We educate our community about online safety through:
- Clear Terms of Service that outline prohibited behavior.
- An accessible reporting system on every page.
- Transparent enforcement actions when violations occur.
Compliance & Updates
USA Pool Madness complies with applicable U.S. laws including but not limited to:
- The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (Reporting of child pornography)
- Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy
- Apple App Store Review Guidelines
This policy may be updated periodically. Any material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
